About
Rebecca (“Bec”) Cole (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist providing evidence-based therapy and psychological assessment for adults (18+).
Her work is grounded in clinical rigour, trauma-informed care, and a collaborative therapeutic approach. Bec aims to create a thoughtful and supportive space where clients can safely explore their experiences, relationships, and identity.
Bec completed a Master of Clinical Psychology followed by the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program, receiving a Provost’s Commendation for academic excellence. She has experience working across community mental health, hospital, youth mental health, and private practice settings.
Her practice draws on evidence-based approaches including Schema Therapy, EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Bec has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She offers adult ADHD and autism assessments and takes a neurodivergence-affirming approach to both assessment and therapy.
